Epic of Eden – Psalms
A Bible Study by Dr. Sandra Richter
Discover the beauty, depth, and timeless wisdom of the Book of Psalms through Epic of Eden – Psalms by Dr. Sandra Richter. This engaging study explores the historical and cultural background of the Psalms, helping us better understand their meaning and relevance to our lives today.
Through prayers of praise, thanksgiving, sorrow, and hope, we will discover how the Psalms teach us to bring every emotion before God and deepen our relationship with Him.
Join us as we explore God's Word, grow in faith, and discover how these ancient songs continue to speak to our hearts today. All are welcome!

The Kingdom of God — Bible Study
What is the Kingdom of God, and what does it mean for our lives today? Join us as we explore what Jesus taught about God's Kingdom, how it differs from earthly kingdoms, and what it means to live under God's rule and reign. Using the Bible as our only source, we'll discover how God's Kingdom transforms our hearts, shapes our priorities, and calls us to live as followers of Jesus Christ.
Taught by Dale Becraft, this study invites us to grow in our understanding of God's Word and what it means to seek His Kingdom first (Matthew 6:33).
Children’s Church
Each Sunday during the Contemporary Service at 8:40 AM, we offer Children’s Church. The children start in the Contemporary Service for Praise & Worship, then head out to the Double Classroom. Children’s Church at Centreville Methodist uses the Trackers Curriculum to engage kids in a fun, interactive journey through God’s Word, helping them discover who God is and how much He loves them. Through meaningful lessons, activities, and relationships, children grow in faith while learning how to follow Jesus in their everyday lives.
Children’s Sunday School
Sunday’s at 9:50 AM. Ages Pre-K and Up. Our Children’s Sunday School provides a welcoming and engaging environment where young hearts can grow in faith, learn biblical truths, and experience God’s love in meaningful ways. Through age-appropriate lessons, activities, and fellowship, we help children build a strong spiritual foundation while having fun and forming lasting friendships.
Adult Sunday Bible Study Class
Sunday Mornings at 9:50 AM in the Pentecost (Red) Room, led by Janie Nickle. This class is currently exploring “Verses in the Bible in Different Translations - Does The Difference Really Matter?” All are welcome!
Adult Sunday Bible Study Class
Sunday Mornings at 10:00 AM in Double (Purple) Classroom led by Jerry Thomas. This class is currently studying 2 Corinthians - Finding Strength in Weakness, a LifeGuide Bible Study by Paul Stevens.
Centreville Youth Ministries (CYM)
Centreville Youth Ministries (CYM) meets the 2nd and 4th Sunday’s of each month at 5:30 PM. CYM is a place where students in grades 6–12 can connect, grow, and be real, building friendships while exploring faith in a way that speaks to their everyday lives. Through meaningful conversations, fun experiences, and a supportive community, our youth group helps students discover purpose, confidence, and a deeper relationship with God.
Young Adults Gathering
We have a group of young adults (18 to 35ish) who gather for dinner, conversation, and often games, on a monthly basis. This is a welcoming space for young adults to connect, grow, and navigate life and faith together in a real and authentic way. Through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and a supportive community, we encourage one another to deepen our faith and live it out with purpose. All young adults are welcome and encouraged to join us!
Beauty for Ashes Fellowship
This group meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30 PM in the Yellow Room. All women are welcome and encouraged to join!
Iron Sharpens Iron Fellowship
This group meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 PM in the Pentacost (Red) Room of the Sunday School Wing. All men are invited and encouraged to attend.
