2025-26 REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open.

Two forms and the annual Registration Fee of $XXX are required to enroll. After June 1st, September tuition is also due at enrollment. Both forms below are available for print/download on the Enrollment page of this website.
Registration & Tuition Form: 25-26 Registration Form/Tuition Agreement
Payment Authorization Form: Payment Authorization Form (All recurring tuition payments are ACH bank draft.)
Upon first time entry to school only, each student is required to have a doctor's physical and lead screening on the Maryland Health Inventory Form. (also available on the Enrollment page of this website) It can be completed/dated by the doctor up to 12 months prior to your child's start date. This form is only completed ONCE, upon entry to school, not each year.
A current immunization record for school must be provided.
A ministry of Centreville Methodist Church Little Lights Learners is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care.
